Connecting with our Philippines Team

Earlier this month, Josh and Sam travelled to the Philippines to spend time with our incredible offshore team.

The visit was all about strengthening relationships, collaborating in person, and recognising the important contribution our Philippines team makes to Pursue Wealth every day. While working together online has helped us build a strong team, nothing compares to connecting face-to-face.

Alongside productive planning sessions and team-building activities, there was plenty of opportunity to enjoy each other's company outside of work. From sharing meals together to a friendly game of pickleball and even some karaoke, the trip was filled with memorable moments and plenty of laughter.

The visit reinforced the strong culture we're building across the business and highlighted the value of investing in our people. A huge thank you to the team for their warm hospitality and ongoing dedication.
